Looking for real GY Oil Filter

Hi, new here got my bike a couple weeks back. Looks like more and more people in the area are picking up Lifans so I decided to try one out. I just did my second oil change and im looking for a real oil filter. There is this stupid screen that comes on my bike now but the holes are larger then any metal flakes that could possibly come from the new casting unless something serious broke. It does not trap any of the small metal shavings that come out when I drain my oil, in fact there is nothing in the screen at all and never has been. I need a real filter to trap the break in shavings that litter my oil.

Is it possible to buy a real filter to protect the engine?
