Honda cbr 600 f2 95-100hp
Triumph Daytona 955i 136hp Benelli Tornado 900 130ish hp Currently looking at getting an old Honda VF500 68hp... It's not all in the power, smaller bikes can be even more fun since they tend to be lighter (and let's face it making a smaller cc bike howl through the corners is way more fun than putting around in one gear letting the torque do the job)
