Trouble getting neutral

Hey guys, I have been breaking in the Brozz today and just noticed for the first time that I am having trouble up shifting into neutral. I know it can sometimes be tricky going up or down the half gear but my digital cluster is even indicating I am in the neutral position, though the bike still has a friction point as if it's in 1st and if I let off the clutch it rolls forward and stalls.

Any ideas?
I am still using the break in oil that came with the bike, will be changing to 20W50, not sure if that could help, or if there were any adjustments that can be made.

Thank you!
