Has anyone actually gone 17t sprocket on the magician?

Has anyone actually done is 17 tooth sprocket on the magician because I just tried to put my new chain on and there's no way it fits I don't know what to talk about grinding stuff to make it fit cuz it's the timing case and you have an electrical there too
Can anyone do the math for me to have same gearing as a 17t but change the rear. Stock 45 t i believe for the rear
