Front Wheel Bearings - Question

Hi all,
Heard a crunching noise on my XPro Titan DLX front wheel and determined it to be the wheel bearings. I attached a pic which was taken after the dust cover was removed. I tried to pop out the bearing "case" from either side using a flathead screwdriver and mallet but they wouldn't budge. I then tried to pry off the rubber ring insert and that came out easily to expose a bearing ring that appears deformed and broken. I've never replaced bearings before but ordered these ones.. my question is.. does the assembly itself pop out and if so, how? or do i just replace the inner bearing ring?
