As relates to Chinese bikes:

2009 was a great year. I was able to spend many many hours exploring the back roads and trails on my trusty Lifan. From the deserts of Death Valley to the temperate rain forests of the Northwest. From below sea level to 10,000 in elevation. From freezing cold and snow to triple digit temperatures. Over rocks, ruts, dust, sand, mud, and pavement. The Lifan never missed a beat. 2.5 years old and 16,000 km on the clock now.

May 2010 be as good.
