You might look at our friend Carl's site "mychinamoto" as I have seen some posts there about the asaiwing bikes. They have never been brought to the US as far as I know. They do use the suzuki engine but use typical chinese parts for the rest of the bikes. I would be willing to give it a try if the price was low enough.
