The steering lock is mounting to the bottom of the lower triple clamp. It will have a place to insert your key.

If you see a key hole, try it with your key. You might have to turn the handle bar all the way to the left for the lock to engage. On my bike the lock was rubbing and could have caused a steering accident while riding. I used a pry bar to render the lock useless.

My flasher died after a big rain storm.or two...thats about it though.besides the rusting!

I rode my 150 from Quebec last year, pouring rain for hours and even hail. Everytime I filled up I wondered if the bike would strand me, not starting up again. The bike never let me down, ever.

My bike has been ridden in the rain, and I've always left it parked outside in the rain. I've never had a problem with my wiring.

The only trouble I have in the rain is due to water getting inside the speedo... it will read 100mph in fourth gear!

The only problem I had with rain was when the wet ignition cylinder freezes solid in the winter...better carry lock deicer if you ride like me, after november!
