New 2012 Honda CBR250R

I qualified for the 1.9% financing so I pulled the trigger. Sucks they didn't have an ABS model, but I can deal with not having it. Gave me $100 off list price which was nice. Walked in and walked out with a bike. The CBR250R is awesome. Cruises at 70 no problem with nearly 4k rpm's to go till redline. Light as heck, and pretty smooth for a single. I really like the riding position. Just a slight forward lean into the wind.

I think you made an excellent choice. I wouldn't mind owning a CBR250R myself!

Are you going to purchase a service manual for the bike? What kind of fuel mileage are you getting? Please post more photographs of your CBR250R in it's native habitat!

Wonderful bike and congratulations. This bike is a real game changer in it's small segment and is THE small sportbike to have. 8)

I just saw a black one this morning in Parsons, KS. I pulled into a drive while doing some curb shopping and it was sitting there.

Filled up a couple times now. 62 mpg, 68 mpg, and 68.82 mpg. Pretty nice. The "will reach with actual acceleration top speed within a reasonable span of time while sitting in a normal relaxed position" I've hit is 82 mph. It should hit more but I'd have to duck behind the screen. Bought another Bestem trunk (red) and the Givi rack from Twisted Throttle. Unfortunately, TT did not have it in stock and it won't ship until I've flown back to Sicily. I'm kind of annoyed since this has happened every dang time I've ordered from them. I would cancel, but I don't think anyone else carries it. At least it will be here whenever I come back.
