Superior Powersports Brozz Purchase

I purchased a 2016 Red Brozz 250 enduro from Superior back on March 13th. I finally completed the transaction today when I got my paperwork in the mail and tagged it.

Overall, I would say that they ultimately do what they say they are going to do, but have a communication issue. When my bike arrived, everything was in good shape as far as shipping goes besides a slightly bent rack which was easily remedied. Also had two left mirrors, so I got ahold of them and they said send pics which I did. I ended up having to call them a couple times to get ahold of someone in tech support, which said they would take a week or so to get one from the manufacturer. I was supposed to get tracking on the mirror, which never happened, but it ended up showing up albeit taking 2 weeks+ to get here.

Another thing that took longer than advertised to get here, was the mco/paperwork. I was told it would be sent 1 day after the delivery of the bike. It did not get sent out till 2.5 weeks of having the bike and was only sent after I followed up on it.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they sold a ton of these bikes all at once at the time I bought mine. If they would work on their communication they would be an ok dealer as they do eventually follow through on what they say they will do. As far as warranty claims go, I can only guess.

Yup, I agree. Ultimately they have done well, but it was a rocky start for me as well. I have my bike, and the paper work arrived today (day after the bikes arrival). If they know (or care) that they are being judged on forums across the US, they should strive to up their game.

Going to the DMV to register mine tomorrow. Only foreseen issue is HP on the MSO rather than CC's. We'll see.

I bought two quads from them in 2013. No issues. Just bought two more from them in March 2017. After placing the order I found out that there is a company called Veloz Power Sports (Dallas Tx) that bought them out and is using the Superior Power Sports website to sell bikes. On top of that, my requested Paypal invoice had bike.cc as the company I was purchasing from. Everything came in perfect but...felt a little misled. Salesman was Jim Garza.

About Veloz Power Sports this is no surprise as it displayed on the web site.

Overall I have found them to be honest but lacking on communication.

I still cannot figure out why they kept the name if they bought them? I mean, the negatives floating around out there are surely keeping potential buyers away from them, even though they were bought out by veloz/bike.cc. I would have figured out how to transition away from Superior, or better yet, just have started from scratch!
