Hmm is this bad?

Yeah looks like the swing arm pivot bolt is sheered off at the end. The only real fix would be to get a new pivot bolt and nut and replace the old one.

Yep. It has been known to happen and you best bet is to got and find a better replacement bolt.

Problem is they are difficult to find, but if you can pull it out and measure the length and diamter you should be able to find a replacement.

Ummm, easy, it is a crappy bolt , that's how it happens .
Go to any American or Canadian fastener shop , nut and bolt shop . We have them here in Washington all over the place, Tacoma Nut and Screw to be exact . Tell them you need a hardened bolt and they should fix you up cheaply . Don't bother with the dealers for another crappy bolt, won't help you.
Torque breaks these, even on good bikes . Fix it, don't ride it though is my advice, you'll screw up your swingarm and or frame , or even worse, die .
When you replace it, drive it out with a simular size bolt or round bar-stock and pull the old one out leaving the drive bar in place partially in, then put the new one in partially, pull the bar-stock out, drive the new one home the rest of the way, easy fix , good to go !

Looks like your bike is a Viva or Gio . When is the last time you washed that beast ! LOL !

By the way, lube your chain, it looks terribly dry .
Also, grease up that new bolt when you put it in VIA your grease Zirt fitting that bike comes with on the swing-arm too . That will keep it cooler and less stressed and that will help keep it from breaking too . By the looks of your chain , your swingarm bolt is as dry ?
Not a good thing , either one of those .

Later, and I aint raggin on ya, just trying to preserve your pocket book and your machine. Don't use crappy oil on your chain either, use some good Bardahl brand stuff or one of the Japenese products . Oil does little to help your chain compaired to real chain lube .

actually it was the head that snapped off, which is the ring around it thats where the head was, and I don't know how it happened I just brought it home after a ride and was replacing the bolts I lost like every other ride and I saw it. And I haven't lubed that part since I got it because when they set it up they lubed it but I'll do it when I replace it, and I lubed the chain before I went riding that day and that was like beginning of ocober or something and havn't done so since because I have been unable to ride it because of the cold and because of the bolt.

also anyone have any easy way to bend back my handlebar because I slightly bent my right bar

and also my bike is a baja x250

and I had also washed it before that same ride, it was a dusty like 6 hours
you shoulda seen it before, and do any of you guys have all those little leaks around everything like around my starter motor, because I have spots like that all over my motor, around like the carb and the valvle adjustment arears and when motor case parts come together, I can get more pics of that if youd like

Your could try to straighten your bars, but I don't recommend it. The strength of the metal will be compromised. Also you can get a cheap set of steal bars around $20 or less at most any cycle shop.

I wouldn't mind seeing the whole bike like you offered .

I think its pretty normal to have some dust grabbing every nook and cranny it can set into on your bike . China seals-gaskets are kinda weepy anyway . Especially the starter area , it isn't machined too snug to start with there . Looks like you were into some fine grade dust .

I second the get new bars comment. You probably won't be able to straighten them back to normal without stress cracks.

Any bike shop should have cheap replacements.

and I dont use chain lube I use tri flow oil instead, because its easier to use and it grabs less dirt, and my dad suggests to use it and hes a mechanical engineer who works with chains all the time and he uses triflow instead

Well reagrdless what lube you use on the chain . you obviously don't have enough of it on there.

I know that these pics are way later than promised by like 3 months but I sortof havnt had the time but here they are anyways









In that one you can see the chain hitting my swing arm, and you cant tell by the picture but my chain cut through the bolt holding the little rubber swingarm protector over there
And yes on the beds that I ride there are sections with fine dust, and sand
