Electric Gio frame to Gas Conversion? Major frame differences?
Hi everyone!
Has anyone or does anyone know if the electric and gas frames for the GIOs are fairly similar in setup? Curious to know if one wanted to convert from electric to gas how much modification would be required? I would believe that the frames would be quite similar in design simply for cost savings but never had a chance to see one or the other in person. Perhaps a few slight differences in the engine/battery mounting side, and potentially how the fuel tank sits on a gas framed machine vs. a electric one that wouldn't have that and if the plastics would still work. |

hello...not worth the trouble...sell your electric unit buy a gas one...unless you want to do alot of work and switching over for a pat on the back... just some thing not worth doing...
