I received my registration and title today myself . Yes it's a bit less stressful now. Wi is known for somewhat tough regerstration . I have had issues with out of state purchases on road legal ish Sand Rails , and Baja Bugs in the past .

You need the MCO that reads Motorcycle and not off road or anything else, the dealer invoice that has the purchase price and some states require proof of insurance. If I remember right the MCO comes from China after the bike is sold here.

For Texas you need what Hertz said. Additionally you need to have it safety inspected first and proof of insurance ($77 per year for mine).
