Xpro Tahiti won’t start at all (battery good)

I haven’t been able to get this bike started since I got it 4 months ago, several minor issues I had to communicate with the company about over several months means I am not under warranty any more. Everything turned on originally but I left the lights on, ran down the battery. Had the battery recharged, it’s testing higher than before and I don’t get any power anymore. Any ideas?

Check for blown fuse or bad battery cable connections both at battery and to solenoid and grounds.
