A cordless B&D jig saw. The need arose and most of my cordless crap is B&D Max, so...yeah.

New LifeProof laminate flooring to replace the previously purchased brand new flooring that my old management company had recommended. When I got back to Georgia, I discovered that they had purchased the cheapest flooring available (even though they charged me a premium price) and it looks like they had Laurel and Hardy start putting it down. It all had to be ripped up and we found an entire dustpans' worth of trash and trimmings that were just left under the flooring. This is why I'm glad we're back in Georgia and can do some follow-up. That management company was fired back in November of last year, and I'm still trying to get this one house turned over and ready to rent. I also mortgaged my soul and bought enough lumber to build an 8'x10' deck, and new faucets and towel holders. Paint comes on Wednesday...

A set of carb diaphrams for my gs1100e, pulled them apart to clean them after it sat for several months and discovered 2 of the diaphrams were stiff and the slides weren't working smoothly and 1 wasn't returning to the seated position. It's got gsxr carbs, and I was able to get an entire set of 4 for less than $25.00. A few years ago they were more than that for each one.

Short clamp on pallet forks. Not that I'll be lifting pallets but they'll be great for moving branch and brush piles.

A lot of gasoline. Yesterday, we had to drive from Houston TX to Meridian MS and back in one day. We were towing a sonar boat on the way back too. We were moving the boat from one job site to another.
- The trip would have been along a shorter route if the Mississippi River Bridge in Memphis wasn’t shut down for repairs. I sure wish they had fixed that bridge about five years ago when kayakers reported a crack in the bridge structure.

I got another Honda 15hp outboard motor ,it was sitting on a dock and fell in a lake a few weeks ago ,they drained and swapped the oil ,cleaned the carb etc and have it running ,but it dies after 4 or 5 minutes ,doesn’t matter ,I have four of the same engine including one that runs perfectly but does not have a foot .I can build one out of the two and have most of another engine for parts .

I like the other diesel heater so much I bought one for the garage. $49.99 on eBay. Must be a hot weather liquidation because I've never seen one anyware close to that cheap.

BTW fortunately they don't really shoot flames.
