Yeah, If CSC want's to make a lot of people happy they need to look into this being the TT uses the same cluster as the hawk. This would also eliminate the speedo cable and 90* drive that have caused some people problems......

"1688" is domestic version of alibaba.com (b2b) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alibaba_Group . Order/delivery... not much different from taobao. Communicate w/ official IM https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taobao...radeManager.29 b4 ordering is norm ... Someone lives there (mychinamoto.com) may help ...

I've never ordered from 1688 but I would imagine you can use alipay as you can use it on all the other alibaba websites. Here is an aliexpress listing with shipping to the us via epacket it's not cheap at $91 http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/ELECTRIC-BIKE-scooter-brazil-Motorcycle-LCD-LED-digital-Odometer-Speedometer-free-shipping/207293_1702086891.html.

Here are some interesting possible replacements with high order minimums in my experience you can ask for a sample and they will send you one.

Same here. I tried ordering some fork covers for the first time from AliExpress last week and it said a big "NYET!" to shipping to Volcano. Not available. Weird....

No sweat.
Use biz talk "skills" ..."englishmaninchina" http://www.chinariders.net/member.php?u=27482 may know more industry secret than me (outsider)
===
btw. Machine translate 感謝您的時間 is weird to native speaker cuz it missed "taken" ... Another example: bián kheh-khì 免[no]("need" missed)客氣[polite]. "U're welcome" make more sense to round eyes...

Alibaba can be tricky as its basically a business to business sourcing website but most sellers I've dealt with are okay with alipay. If you are dealing with large quantity and large sums of money some want it direct but alibaba offers escrow and now alipay. I think would be ridiculous not to use it. Aliexpress is very similar to ebay's buy it now. I've never had a problem with shipping if I'm not mistaken it was designed for use almost exclusively not in china. You should just have to create and account put in shipping and billing details and of course add the item to your cart and checkout. I've found most of these Chinese sellers / manufactures easier to deal with then most from the west. They are very accommodating. If you contact them they will normally go out of there way to help you. There sometimes is a language barrier but even though google translate is a literal translator it seems to get the message across I normally say what I have to say in English then paste the google translated text below it. Almost all the sellers / manufactures I've dealt with have a qq account. Here is a link to contact jantel sales manager (Anna Yang) via alibaba http://cqjianmor.en.alibaba.com/contactinfo.html?accountId=200062036&x_request_uri =/memberhome/sample/60123620127/200062036/contactinfo.html qq is 695193296

The sansan sales manager (Alex Zou) email is (XS69 at sansan.cc) qq is 1127504303

Just explain your self. Say you really like the looks of there product (name product ) and you want to try it. Others may follow if you like it enough you may buy more to sell on in the states or someone else may buy to sell on in the states. Is there any way they can send you a sample? On occasion a manufacture has sent me a sample via china post for free. Other times they give you a good deal sometimes they even except paypal.

I almost forgot on a alibaba product page like http://cqjianmor.en.alibaba.com/product/1441503213-201291459/LCD_display_digital_meter_for_motorcycle_ATV_speed ometer_for_Brazil_trail_I_SHINERAY_XY250GY_6B_SMX2 00.html

or http://cqjianmor.en.alibaba.com/prod...6B_SMX200.html

You can click request sample right under the start order button you simply put in how many you want in the quantity box put your name and additional contact info if you wish and your shipping address. It can help to put something about how nice there product looks and you want to try it in the other remarks box. You have to be logged in to your alibaba account (if you created one on aliexpress it will work on alibaba). The sales people will reply with how much it will cost for the sample and how much it will cost to ship and you can now normally pay theme with alipay. I do now recall some people with visa cards having problems with alipay as I believe alibaba does the transactions out of Singapore and that can be a red flag to visa. If you call the issuing bank if you keep having problems you should be able to get it worked out sometimes they even call you.

Thank you, Do you reply to them in English or do you try to run through a translating program?

I normally try English first. If there are problems English then paste translated text below. Again the translated text is going to look funny but it seems google translate does a better job then most of the other. Sometimes you get funny message back because they are using a literal translator. You have read in between the lines. I've been close a few times but never need to grab any mandarin speaking friends. You normally can use the alibaba instant message or qq starting around 11 PM MST as the sales people are online.
