Almost impossible to get past EPA. Also registration and titling issues.

Welcome to the world of Chinese motorcycles.

You're fighting a losing battle if you wish to purchase a Japanese bike which is not imported into your country. Purchasing, registering, and acquiring spare parts for a Chinese motorcycle is usually much more difficult.
