Nope.

I think I only have two devices that use 9 volt batteries so I don't keep any on hand.

Didn't test for the 220 option but don't need to now. Pulled the electrical panel side to yank the fuel tank and took a gander at the wiring. No luck, 120 only. But, now, I'm 90% of the way to have it rolling. Just cut and and drill the axle for roll pins and I'm done.

Are you saying that the sockets are wired together, like a duplex?
The wheels look really good.

While wheeling the little beastie to the shed, it has become apparent that it will be necessary to add some folding wheelbarrow type handles. Thought my shoulder was going to pop out of joint.

Do a pole up the middle same side as the wheels and wheel it around like a hand cart. Or do a small open pipe that you can slip a pole into when you need to move it.
