Week three and really liking taking the bike to work. Weather has really been cooperating but think my luck will be running out by Thursday. Oh well, There's always next week. I'm also enjoying the daily therapy ride home everyday. I'm so relaxed by the time i get home. Just what the doctor ordered.

Had a little excitement on the way to work this morning. Mind you it's still dark 30. Damn near took an opossum out. I missed him literally by inches and ran over its tail. I think i need a change of underwear.

Hey, I just saw this. Great videos.
Wow, hearing your bike rev out compared to mine is night and day. I can’t wait to get my sprocket on as I can tell it’s going to make a huge difference.

I took my Hawk out Saturday for a few hours. I have to say the X22R is much better for the long ride. I think my butt got soft riding the X22R. I have to port and deck the head soon. I love the extra oomph the Hawk has. It just sounds plain old mean when i twist the throttle. Nice thump at idle too. I think the extra compression did my battery in though on the Hawk. It cranked and ran fine all day. When i went to crank it off to put in the shed it made about one rotation then click. Nothing. The battery was completely dead and wouldn't even charge. Oh well i guess i'll see if i can squeeze a HF battery in there. I need something with more cranking amps.
