All is great while riding country roads at night and can see great.. then a car comes up and you switch to low beam.. you go from seeing everything to seeing nothing and a pretty scary feeling on a back road at night. I wish there was an upgrade to the headlight.
I don't ride on the street hardly any but I guess it would behoove me to cover that base just in case, you never know what might come up and make it necessary. I am going to order the wiring kit that Ken linked to the price is less than the switch alone. I originally intended to just buy a 2 position toggle and wire it with auto wire that I already have but the kit will make it easier to make it look neat.

Thanks to both of you for the help with this, it is much appreciated.

It may be a minute, got home from the MRI Wednesday and had no AC, I fired up a window shaker that I keep for hurricane season to get by on and replaced the condenser fan motor and added a hard start kit for the compressor yesterday, got up this morning and the blower motor decided to quit on me so Monday I get to buy a 3/4 horse blower motor that ain't gonna be cheap.
