I like that one too, but it says it only has 1kw(1.3hp) of power more than the Haray 300. Seems strange to me since it's 400ccs and $1,200 more.

They have not been in the US for several years, so we wouldn't know; we would be the guinea pigs. I imagine a Google search or youtube search to see if they are currently selling in other countries/continents, and if anyone has bothered to post reviews that can be translated would be the only way we could find out.

Shame because I was intrigued by them years ago, and feel they should have at least tried to fix the shortcomings. Their 260/300 scooters still show up on the most recent 'on-highway DOT/EPA list'

Where is that list at? I'd like to check if any of the Haray bikes are on it? Since someone made an order already from the U.S. And from what I've read, it isn't super difficult as a manufacturer to get on the list.
