Megadan made a statement a while back about setting something up. We need to figure out how to set up a emergency fund just for these types of situations. Most of us on here bought cheap Chinese bikes for the simple reason that we are on a limited budgets and cannot afford the cost of the named brand bikes.

So thanks everyone for letting me know the best route to go. So a new engine it is, thing is I still got 3 more payments on this bike. Yep haven’t even had it for a year yet. So I was gonna wait until I paid it off then go through affirm again for a new engine. So I would never have thought of setting up a gofundme page but since someone suggested I went ahead and bit the bullet and set one up. I don’t expect much since I haven’t helped much on this sight mostly just gotten help. I would be forever grateful to this great community if this works and always pay back someone else in need.

You have contributed to this community. Just by you posting the issues you have had has more than likely helped someone else out with a similar problem. Most people will not post and just search for answers instead of asking.
Personally I think RPS should of replace that engine from the beginning. Pay day is tomorrow so I'll pitch in what I can.

I just got paid today and had a few hours of overtime on there so I can chip in a little as well. Hopefully this new one removes the curse when you install it. If you don't reach your goals by Saturday I might be able to pitch in a little more. I just need to sort out my budget before I can do much more than I have already. As far as paying it back, you already did when you helped me. I will bend over backwards to try and repay you.

I am also sharing it a few places as well. Hopefully we can get you back on the road soon.

This x2. Taking the time to post pictures and information, even just somthing as simple as "I bought the parts here" is a huge help for others. You are leaving information for the next guy that comes along.

Sorry I can't give you more. What everyone does on this page saves tons of money for the next guy. You swapping an engine might give the next guy the courage to try it instead of just scrapping the bike. I've read and received more help on this page for a "cheap Chinese" bike then on one for the 1980s Kawasaki KZs, and there's a 100 of those guys for everyone one of us. Definitely the strongest community I've seen.

I tossed in a bit more. Getting close to halfway. With a couple more donations we can easily get there. I am waiting for Hawk250 to respond. I asked him to share the link on his page.

Wow, you guys really are the best! I think this type of helping each other out just makes us a stronger community and better people. It makes me want to pay it forward to the next person in need even more. I owe y’all big! Thanks

You don't owe me a thing. Consider us even. You helped me when I was down, and now I can repay the favor.

Basically halfway to the goal already. That should help take the sting out of it even if we can't get you all the way there.
