My 2021 TT just hit a happy 14,000mi, I've been commuting March-November nearly every day if it's not raining. The only functional mods I did was sprockets and jets. I can't remember where my jets are, but the 45T rear and 17T front will keep me at 60mph comfortably. 65mph is only possible on mine under ideal conditions, a flat road with no wind, but the second I hit the smallest incline I'll start slowing down. I once saw 68 going downhill.
