Oh yeah, im thinking/hoping more and more its the CDI.
Clutch problem I caused Must have been in the Engine, but yeah, it would be WAY easier if we we're all able to hang out and solve these problems. Would be awesome to know some Smart Folks like you guys. A stroke, damn. My bike problems are TINY compares to some crap like that. Thanks again!

Ok, take a deep breath. We'll figure this out.
First of all, the bike isn't like to even kick start if the battery is dead. Give it some time on the charger. Second, the extra wires from the stator are likely for an LEZD gearshift indicator. Kato can likely confirm that. Before you try anything else, please tell us exactly how you were checking for spark. Pretend that we know nothing about how to do it.

I took the spark plug out, then re attached it to the coil/spark plug cord. then i made it so the bolt part of the spark plug, was touching my engine, and then i kick started it. Got no spark, did i do it properly?

Yes, but only if the surface you held it against isn't painted. Sometimes you need to try holding it against a bolt head. Please try that and let us know.
Make sure you're in the shade for the process.

I am no expert, but it sounds like the wiring at the CDI may be different. It will be a matter of matching up wires. I would first try swapping CDIs.
We need WA for this. GY5 Guru. Don't worry. It will work. It is just a setback. Pictures will always help.

first off the thing on the rear sprocket on the gy5 is a circlip, you need special pliers to spread the gap on it and it will come off. you dont even need to remove the four bolts they are just drive pins. Also the way these rear wheels work on these is an absolutely horrible design in my opinion so you may be best off just getting a longer chain or differnt front sprocket or whatever you need to make your stock rear wheel work for you.
The connector you are looking at with about 6 pins id the gear indicator connector, Im guessing yours had a neutral switch or indicator and that's why it only had 1 wire. the only thing that it could effect is whether the e-start will work in neutral with out the clutch pulled. but it sounds like you got the e-start working so that plug in is likely not the problem. Do the wire colors of the main connector match up? don't start chopping stuff up just yet. and more pics the better

It looks like its the same cords, but probably a different configuration, yeah definitively different config, do i just Pull them out of the male connectors? Ill be sure to take even better pics of both cord configs, before i do this. and upload them.
It looks like those green cords need to be in different spots. Would just switching those cables around ( green, and green/white ) do it? Let me know what you guys think!

Hooper Imports used to have the wiring diagrams on their website but I can't find them now. Will look later if I get a chance. I think this is a simple wiring issue.

Got it.
http://www.hooperimports.com/showpages.asp?pid=1013 I bet the answer is here but I lack the time now to interpret it. This may be what WA needs to solve the puzzle however. This is the data I used to wire my Lifan/Honda XR200.

Looks like the deal to me...
Wait until WA or someone confirms but it looks like you are two snips and splices away from riding enjoyment! :P
