The rear fender looks like the part that needs the most improvement.

I was thinking of stealing a bit of a Royal Enfield rear-end look with how the seat is mounted and position of the fender:

Thoughts?

Ok, I got a bit bored and decided to do a quick(ish) Photoshop mash-up of something I would love to do with the bike. I can only assume about the frame setup, however I did what I could.

Thoughts?

I quite like that! I would certainly go for a military-themed bike, if the frame suited it. What I'm not clear on is the rear suspension on the bike you're hoping to purchase. I'm guessing that it's a monoshock, but I'm not sure.

Very nicely done.

With your mad Photoshop skills, can you bob the rear fender at the top of the rear tire? Can you trim the front fender down to almost nothing to match? It would be interesting to see the contrast.

Thanks for the input. Definitely will try it out for you.

As for the motorcycle itself, unfortunately it was sold a while ago, and the lazy moron forgot to take it down. Very irritating indeed.

My search continues. . .

Keep us posted. I'm interested to see what you end up with. You're obviously creative.

Thanks.
Supposedly I may be getting a Virago, but we'll see. If I do, I plan to remain on here, as I figure most of the parts come from the same region of the world.

Your wish is my command!

I'll fiddle with the angle it sits at later, so its more "bobber".

Chinariders is a very accepting garage to hang out in.

These guys don't look down on people with Japanese or American or European motorcycles.

Not everyone is blessed with a Chinese bike.

As they say in the South. "Bless his heart". They would use that for someone who bought a China Bike.

You are obviously a China Rider at heart. You came to the right place, and we want you to stay, whatever motorcycle you decide to purchase.
