Sounds like an inadequate ground wire. A bigger ground wire is always a good idea.

So i have to replace the whole battery ground wire, the battery was discharging and didnt crank the engine nomore and smoke came out from under the seat, i checked and it was the wire and maybe the battery that smoked, were can i get the exact back wheels cheap for my quad because i messed one up

It's a little lean. I'm not exactly sure which circuit in the carb would be responsible, because it depends on whether you still have the throttle open or it is fully closed. I would move the jet needle clip down one notch and see if it goes away.

Well i fill up the gas tank half ways and it eats it up quick and i moved all the screws when the quad was on and when i accelerate it lags for a little while and then goes and when i let go of the gas it starts backfiring like 1 or 2 times, another carb clean? Readjust?

The clip is on the jet needle, which is within the slider. If you unscrew the top cap of the carb and remove it, you'll see the needle. Search the forum for carb tutorials.

I fixed it but i think it gets air an revs byitself but doesnt backfire
