I'm sure the move is a good think, Allen. Quite frankly, I'm also glad you are moving closer to Spudland.

I have never been to the NW part of the US. Goal is to visit all the states. Kansas puts me within driving range of a few states still on the list.

My wife has never really been west. We may have to drive out to see you. I can leave them at the mall while we go for a ride.

You're gonna love the Western States, Kato. I can't wait to hear your Wife's impressions of Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Lewis and Clark cavern, Craters of the Moon National Park, etc etc. We've done all of those things (and more) as road trips, and we've built some terrific memories.

Kato, I compliment you on your consistant positive attitude.

I'd give you an 'A' on your move mindset.

I'd give myself a 'C', maybe a 'C-'

You will do great. God will you this as a blessing for you, your family, and ALSO your new neighbors. You will be a blessing to all those you encounter at your new home.

May He do the same with all of us.

By the way, no one ever said, "Go East young man." :P

Since I've lived out here if I go east of the Rockies I get hives. .

X2! It's the same thing in Canada. No disrespect to my brothers on the other side of the Rockies, but I love it here. No more frozen tundra for me.

Wow! They are making good time! Thanks for the update, Brother Bill! I am sending a prayer skyward for Allen's safety right after I finish typing this message.

I wonder if Buford is sharing driving duties?

I believe that has been delegated to Allen.

Buford does get out to guide when backing the trailer however.
