Have you had time to replace jets and if you did, did it make a difference?

Well, I took a cutoff wheel to the bowl screws on my Keihin today at work, then dug into it once I got home.
In stock trim, she had a 105 main jet. Not even close to being broken in yet, and with the stock pipe and can on it, I opted to go with just a 110 main. My low end felt fine before, so I never messed with the slow jet. Once I got out to the bike with the carb in my hand, I realized that I forgot to grab a flat washer from work. Shit. Back in the house we go to look for a suitable substitute...... Know what works AWESOME? The tip of the plug on pretty much anything AC I cut the rounded tip off, then cut the hole off leaving me a square washer that fit the needle in my Keihin PERFECT LoL Got her back together, cruised around the back yard a few laps and then let her rip down my road a short stretch. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Seriously, night and day. In the little stretch I have near my home I struggled getting to 50 (indicated). This time, I had it pulling HARD until about 4500 in 5th, looked down and saw an indicated 64!!!! The shimmed needle, tweaked A/F screw and swapping in a 110 on the main jet truly woke up this bike's mid range and (lower) top end. I can't WAIT until this Bashan has more miles on the clock, I'm itching to put my pipe on and jet it again!!!!! If any of youBrozz or Shark owners are hesitant about getting into your carb, DON'T BE. You're bike will thank you for it.

AC plug?? LOL. Thats awesome to hear man. My jets arrived today and your post is just what I was wanting to hear. I was undecided as to which jet to go with but I'll toss in that 110 asap.

Yes. Some needles have slots for rich/lean clip settings. The PZ30 in our Brozz does not so it must be shimmed with thin washers to raise the needle a tad , more rich.
