Anyone know where to order a replacement rear shock? Seal blew out on mine Saturday. Emailed KKE for a replacement but their must be a language barrier because they apparently don't make rear shocks.

I noticed that also. I tried to look up some specific instructions on them the other day and could not find anything on those shocks. They have the KKE name, but that's all I can find.

YES, they can have it shipped to their California warehouse/shop and send it on to North American addresses. This is a Chinese internal parts production contracted for Zuumav and perhaps other brands, and not normally sold retail in NA. But yes, they can do it. I also asked if there was a stiffer spring. As you can see, the answer is no. But email sales03@kkeracing.com and you can mention the fact that this is for a Templar X. First reply after I gave them more info: yes, we can offer this rear shock MA40B03 for you, the price is $159.00, please let me know the shipping address and ZIP code, so i can offer shipping fee. and 350lbs spring is the most stiffest! if you need it, please feel free to contact me looking forward to your early reply! Second reply, after I gave them my address thanks for your message back! the price of rear shock set is $159.00 and shipping fee is $80.00, so total amount is $239.00 if you are ready to order, I will create a new listing for you to order.

Wheel bearings
I need new front wheel bearings. Tried to contact powersportsmax twice and no response. I've been researching and I think rmz250 bearings are the same. Can anyone confirm?

The bearings they sent me were 6302 2RS C3, and dust seals SOG 103134. However, 6904 bearings are shown for the front wheel on the parts diagram.

OE bearings are completely unmarked with no part numbers listed.

If you don't have a local distributor, get the inner, outer and thickness measurements and order that size from McMaster Carr or similar.

try contacting Powersportsmax for the replacement, if that's who you bought it from. They should help.

Out of curiosity, how many miles does the bike have that the bearings went bad? Mine has 1500mi and no issues other than one or both of the wheels being out of balance as i get vibration between 40-50mph

I don't think there is any practical way to get enough weight on there to balance those big rimlocks! If you ride mostl on the road, you could remove them and hope that the tires don't slip on the rim (shredding the tube at the filler nozzle!).

I may try that. I usually run around 25 psi but air up higher usually around 32psi as it helps with the unbalanced wheel wobble. I think the rim lock is mostly there for when you are running low pressure, so im assuming if i removed them and ran atleast 20+ psi, i wouldnt have any issue with the tire slipping on the wheel

If you remove them, replace the rimlocks with flat or roundhead bolts. Maybe place some black vinyl tape over the head to protect the tube. I think the biggest risk is the rear tire which has much more traction (~95% or weight during hard acceleration, especially offroad!).
