$400.00 Sound right
I'm bored with the Honda, And after the tank bubbled I scraped the paint off and am getting bored with that also

I would put a clutch cable and throttle cable on if I owned it but it works now with the old ones. Rear fender would be a good thing but again fully able to be ridden as is. What do You think 400 sound good?

Sounds low to me. Hondas go for cubic dollars in my neighbourhood. I'll bet that bike would easily fetch twice that in Vancouver.

The tank does look kinda crappy though, And with the parts needed I figured it is fair, Plus i want it gone fast

WeldanGrind is right, Used Honda's in decent shape are like gold around here and I'm on the other side of the country.
