Thanks for posting this info. The BCCOM makes some vaid points; now, how do we train car drivers to pay closer attention?

It's got some good saftey points... like the 0% BAC and strech out the old 30 days and go get your licence but if they want us to be so green and used so little fuel why would they make it a overly long winded process.

Part of it is that if ICBC can force us to take courses then they can blame us for the accedent because they can claim we knew better....Saves them money and creates more hokey driving schools.
