ODBII required in US?

Anyone know if ODBII is a requirement for street legal motorcycles in the US yet? I know the EU has the EURIV and V now, but I haven't found anything for the US.

The only thing I found about motorcycles is that They have Diagnostics systems, but not all of them are standard OBD2 plugs or work with OBD2 readers.
