Coolster

My grandson has a 110 Coolster. I would like to re gear the bike to have more low end.. Changing the front sprocket would be the easy way. It has a 13 tooth, but putting a 12 would really help it to pull. Does anyone know were to purchase a smaller front sprocket? If not, I guess I could add 4 or 5 teeth to the back axle. Any part numbers are sources would be great.

Almost all the horizontal Honda clone engines, which that one appears to have, use the same countershaft sprockets as the original Honda Cub. Look up pitbike sprocket on ebay and you'll find them cheap. Compare measurements. Should be a 17mm shaft but some 125s came with a 22mm shaft.
