And welcome from another MidWesterner You may need to remove the bolts holding the hinges on. Presumably, the doors are light enough to make this easy, and it is easy enough to reverse the process. Check that the hinges were not mounted upside down (hinges from left and right side of the vehicle reverse-mounted). Maybe the pins will have more clearance if mounted upside down on the other side of the vehicle?
