Very nice looking bike. I am not an EFI fan but this one might make it worth having. Orion has good support so if there aee problems with EFI, I think you will have help troubleshooting!

I do not see a license plate mount. Street legal?... "motorcycle" vehicle type on the MCO/MSO???

Nice bike. Only problem it's off road only. Would be a nice upgrade engine wise for street legal bikes.

Trailmaster model TM38 is a little more expensive, but it has the Zongshen NC300 (30hp) liquid cooled engine. Like the Orion, it is off road only, but you can add lights/turn signals. Here is an example:

Once you get these installed, and a horn if you need to, most States have a way to get them inspected for road use. The Orion comes with lights so it might be easier. You might need to add a license plate illuminating tail light and license plate mount.

Again with Orion and this "we" shit. "We changed" this, "we changed" that. There is no "we," Orion doesn't make anything; these are just Nicot bikes that they import and slap their stickers on.

That said, there is a street legal 250L available from them if that's what you want. This looks very similar to the one I own, but mine is from the model year before the fuel injected engine became available so I have a carb. It arrived with "motorcycle" on the MCO and my DMV did not give me any shit over it aside from not having either Nicot or Orion in their system, and Orion did not fill out their side of the MCO like they were supposed to. I made a post about mine back when I got it along with the various quirks and foibles it has. It's a fine lightweight knockaround dirt plaything, but the seat is terrible.

FYI, Orion has shit service and their warranty support department is just a guy who responds to emails by denying responsibility for everything no matter what it is.
