Skyteam ST250 ??????

So what do yers know about these motors?...
Good ? Bad ? or just plain ugly ? ...
loncin copy of the Honda CRF230...

took the boy to have a look at them 2day as
his first road legal bike when he gets his licence...

they seem very well built only things i didn't like were the tail light
& grey frame paint... sort of cheapens them... black or silver would
have been far better...
and the 5 speed gearbox.... all 250 trail/adv style bikes need a 6 speed...
i gave them a good going over... frame welds are first class every thing seems
to fit correctly.....

come in a trail or motard version....
So looks like I will have another china bike in the shed before xmas.. unless
you's tell me the motors are crap.....

I didn't know Skyteam make such pure "adventure" bikes, except for one 125cc (called RX or something).

However, a few of us around here own the Skyteam V-Raptor, which uses the same 223cc engine I suppose, so maybe it's worth checking the threads about them.

Maybe it is related to a Suzuki ST250.

Nice looking bike! I see a frame cradle, snail adjusters and perhaps a stainless header. I wouldn't worry about the motor; Loncin seems to make good stuff. I'm pretty sure it's a CB250 engine.

FTR 223 cone

Hi there.

The engine is actually a Honda FTR 223 clone.
The same engine as in the V.Raptor "250" . The engine is solid enough, but not as potent as the Honda counterpart.
In Germany, Skyteam claims 15 HP for the V-Raptor.
