Hi bi0phreak420
Please explain "I bought it off the internet" First Ohio Law says All off road vehicles Must be Titled in the owners name. Getting them registered is an option, {3-year off-road sticker} that goes on the vehicle. All Off-Road New Vehicle Sales, since July 1, 1999: The vehicle is to be titled in the owners name if bought from a Dealer {New} in The State of Ohio. All Used Off-Road Vehicles Law since 2005: The vehicle Must be Titled by the owner, prior to it's sale. Off-Road Purchased New Out of State: The vehicle Must have an MCO {Manufacturers Certificate of Origin]. The vehicle needs to be inspected as any out of state vehicle to verify the VIN number. The owner then goes to the Title Bureau with "The MCO & Bill of Sale & pays for a new vehicle title then the sales tax due to The State of Ohio, per what you paid for the vehicle. Off-Road Purchased Used Out of State: The Purchaser must get a Bill of Sale Describing the Vehicle & VIN number. The vehicle then needs to have an Out of State Inspection to verify the VIN number. Then you go to title bureau & apply for a title & pay sales tax to The State of Ohio. These are all Ohio Laws.....
