Vitacci Pentora 250

I've been a member for about two weeks and I just got a new ATV and it has no spark.
I believe the problem is all those nannies they have built into the wiring system so what I need is a good color wiring diagram in English so I can trace out the problem and get rid of the nannies. It looks like a pretty well-designed ATV but I notice no two bolts are torqued the same even on one item. If it has two bolts one will be very tight and the other one barely touching. It's like those factory workers have no personal pride in workmanship.
Can anyone help me out with what I need to do to simplify the wiring? I know it must've had spark after they built it because the spark plug is slightly black.
Thank you, Roi @ Chehalis Wa.

Check those mystery safety switches 1st... U can test it by w/o black & white (SW) wire if it's AC-CDI as below.

wiring

I think you are being too hard on this machine and the workers who built them... same problems with big name brands... look at the dealership with all the machines in the shop.... these are good machines and it takes alittle bit of thought to work on them and learn,.,.. the wires will not be the same colours on all machines.. you have to follow the wires in the pics to their place.. most of t he time the NO SPARK is kill switches... CDI not working... or pushed out wires from their plugs..... you can not go after any wiring problems with the thought of I KNOW EVERYTHING.. attidute,.. these are easy to fix once you learn how they work... you have to look at ,... is something killing my spark to does the stator / pickup work.... then go from there... I sell a lot of parts to people who think they know stuff and want the parts they think it is … and come back to buy more... only to find out … they have the kill switch on... or the safety tether pulled off... simple to fix... you can always get a small HONDA repair manual to show you the basic stuff as well...
