GY 200 Oil Change Questions

im gonna be changing the oil for the first time on my bike and had a few questions.
1) is the oil filter located behind the big chrome hex head nut/bolt on the left side of the engine.
2) the big chrome hex head bolt i believe is leaking very slowly, is there a type of gasket behind it that could be bad or if thats where the oil filter is could it be bad.

There is an oil filter screen behind the large nut on all of my Hondas and clones. The back side of the nut has an o-ring, and sometimes they leak.
