A friend gave me his 2009 jinlun jl250p. Which i am now rebuilding the engine and I am wondering if I have replace the head bolts or if I can reuse them and I was wondering if anyone knew the head bolt torque specs and how to lower the bike.

I am thinking you could reuse the head bolts. For torque I would suggest using honda crf230 specs.

If it's a link-style suspension, a longer dogbone will lower the bike. You can then slide the fork tubes up the triple clamp to match, so as to maintain the same overall stance.
