The 530 chain is not over kill considering the weight of the bike and the arc if the swing arm when doing bumps/jumps and offroad. I air my bike often and I would stretch a 520 chain much quicker.

I see there is a new 250cc EFI/watercooled sportsbike to replace or augment the carbed and aircooled 250..
Looks to be about $3500. That's pushing it for a low end 250 sportsbike from a China....

The openport is for any OBD2 connector vehicle. If your outboards have an obd2 port yes, if not I don't know. You would need to igure out what typeof ecu they use and find an appropriate interface....
