I have a SUNL/HSUN and it I delivered pizzas on it in summer and fall and put over 3000 miles on it in 2 months and it is still running great after 6 months of hard wear and tear.

It is always good to grease/lube any moving parts. I would focus on bearings and spacers but like I and many on here, lubricate everything.
