The bike can't be started with sidestand down.
The electric start turns, but there's no ignition.
Can easily be fixed by unplugging the wires close to the switch.

I have a Qingqi 200 and the filter fits perfectly, I use the Hiflo in my Ozark too.
Have you put it in centered so the hole in the filter goes over the "oil hole" in the engine case?

The rear sprocket can be changed if you want lower revs.
Suzuki TS125 rear sprocket fits.
