Good idea or just double nut it. I've had no problems with mine. I have a habit of checking everything before I take of riding. It was loose the first few rides but no problems after that.

You will need to replace it. As far as i know the TT250 doesn't use that clamp. Maybe one of the members that installed the aftermarket exhaust will offer to sell you theres. You can try to get one...
