well, it's a new battery and I also put it on a...

well, it's a new battery and I also put it on a 225A charger/starter resulting in no change...it just barely turns over after several tries...severe straining.

after I replaced the starter it was the same...

I replaced the starter because it was barely turning the engine over. I had to hit the starter button several times ...click...click...click...then barely turns over.
I'm lost on this one...any...

Thank you. I lowered the idle speed pretty much to the minimum...no change. Same with turning it up.... It's a centrifugal clutch so I'm pretty sure there are not cables to adjust. I'm curious though...
