I forgot all about break in got excited and drove to work going bout 45mph was that bad can I just drive now at 35mph and be ok

Chain problem and front wheel
I have two questions
First does anybody else chain touch the swingarm mine does and never even rode it before.
Second is does anyone’s front wheel make a clicking sound when they spin wheel it...
