Chain problem and front wheel

I have two questions
First does anybody else chain touch the swingarm mine does and never even rode it before.
Second is does anyone’s front wheel make a clicking sound when they spin wheel it don’t look like it’s getting caught or anything can’t be to sure. But didn’t look like anything I was think the brake pads or something.
