MY Bashan Brozz is stuck in 2nd gear.

Does anybody have an idea of what could be the problem? I an unable to put the bike into any gear, and it happens to be stuck in 2nd gear.

I even found the holes where the bolts SHOULD be, (looking at the TT250 tutorials) but there is nothing in them, and nothing connected to the seat.

There are no bolts for it and no levers that I can find. It seems like I should be able to pull the seat back, and off, but I can't. Does anyone know how to remove it?

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm having a friend come over who has feeler gauges and knows more than I do. Do you know if this bike has a screw adjuster, or if I need to use the shimming method?

I have not tried to register it, but when I called the RMV they said pthat the bike needs to have a nhtsa sticker on it for it to be registered, which it does not have.
