If you take your time removing the bowl screws and the plug covering the idle mixture screw you will have a carb that fits like it was made for the bike....

Shipped it with a flap disc and sanding block.
Great idea on belt sander. Flap disc cuts quick!

ebay has a carb kit that includes a extended idle mixture screw, fit the stock carb perfect. Still hard to turn...but you can see if you actually turned the screw.
