Doh! Rare Sprocket bolts

What’s up guys so today I was changing my back sprocket when two of the bolts wanted to not turn so basically they got stripped. I already got new bolts but this really sucked. so have anyone ran into it this problem?

More than a few people have had that issue. The fasteners on the cheaper bikes are made out of cheese. A lot of the hardware on my bike has been changed out to either OEM Honda parts, or fasteners that are actually graded as 10.9 Metric.

I noticed that and I think I may have to buy either a new back tire if I don’t get lucky to get the two that strip very very badly off. I think I’m gonna replace most of the nuts and bolts also.

I upgraded to genuine Honda sprocket hardware including the Honda sprocket retaining snap ring.
Much better fit...well worth the 40$

Pick up some metric serrated flange nuts or nylock nuts with a washer, grade 10.9 or better, from a hardware store. Problem solved.
